Stability is a measure of the similarity of your daily averages. A high stability percentage occurs when your daily averages don’t change significantly day-to-day. If your mood or energy is more erratic, the resulting stability percentage will be low. At the extremes, 100% stability means your daily averages are all equal and 0% stability means your averages alternate from the lowest possible rating to the highest possible rating each day.
To simplify things, we convert your stability percentage to named ranges as follows:
Percentage
Range Name
80% - 100%
High
60% - 79%
Medium
40% - 59%
Low
20% - 39%
Very Low
0% - 19%
Very Very Low
Large changes in stability could be a sign of an underlying mental illness. As always, speak to a medical professional if you have any concerns about a potential illness.

Examples

Example visualizations of low, medium, and high stability charts. The greater the total distance between the data points (shown as dashed lines above) the lower the stability.
